This is a microfinance program for women. Savings and Credit with Education (SCWE) is a type of program that observes the guarantee system.
First, a group of five to seven women must organize themselves. This group should again form a bigger group.
BCS grants loan to these women as a solidarity group. The SCWE members pay for sixteen (16) weeks or four (4)months.
For now, BCS is encouraging SCWE members to invest their capital to BCS in order to be a regular member of BCS.
