What is the purpose of this product?
- To cater the needs of the retired private or government employees receiving pensions from SSS or GSIS through loan assistance at a very low interest rate
Who can avail?
- Any SSS or GSIS pensioner who has no existing loan with other lending institution
- Those who want that BCS will buy out their ATM/pension benefits from other financial institution
- Those who are not suffering from illness or being confined in any clinic or hospital
- Those who are not subject for surgical operations
- Has a regular monthly pension, withdrawable in any institution based in BCS area of operation
How to avail?
- Visit the nearest BCS office in your community and be willing to attend the Pre-membership Education Seminar (PMES)
- If you feel you are qualified fill up the application form and pay the membership fee.

How are you going to pay?
- Monthly amortization shall not exceed to 60%-70% of monthly pension
- Avail the 20% interest rate per annum
